He has more than thirty years of experience in corporate law and international taxation, with a specialization in EU VAT, cross-border transactions and business internationalization.<\/p>\n<p>He is Chair of the Internationalization Commission for Professionals and SMEs of the Italian National Council of Chartered Accountants. He also acts as an advisor to Unioncamere Lombardia, the regional association of Chambers of Commerce, on international taxation matters, and lectures for NIBI \u2013 Promos Italia and SAF Lombardia in professional training programs dedicated to international business.<\/p>\n<p>He regularly contributes to Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy\u2019s leading financial newspaper, in the column \u201cL\u2019Esperto risponde\u201d, addressing questions related to international VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Alberto Perani provides strategic tax advisory services to Italian and foreign companies, assisting them in structuring academic and institutional roles, including President of the Fondazione Bresciana per gli Studi Economico-Giuridici, member of the Scientific Committee of SAF Lombardia, and statutory auditor of the She also performs statutory audits for companies and local entities.<\/p><p>She holds a Master&#8217;s Degree in Tax and Customs Planning for Foreign Trade and for the Internationalization of
