A member of the Brescia Association of Chartered Accountants since 1993 and a registered auditor since 1995, Alberto Perani has over thirty years of experience in corporate law and international taxation, specializing in EU VAT, cross-border transactions, and business internationalization processes.
He is Chairman of the Internationalization Commission for Professionals and SMEs of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, a consultant for UnionCamere Lombardia on international taxation, and a lecturer for NIBI – Promos Italia and SAF Lombardia. He also contributes to Il Sole 24 Ore’s “The Expert Answers” column on international VAT issues.
He provides strategic consulting services to Italian and foreign companies, assisting them in structuring cross-border transactions, managing tax compliance, and preventing tax risks. He is a Partner at Nexus Avvocati e Commercialisti.
Throughout his career, he has held scientific and institutional roles, including President of the Brescia Foundation for Economic and Legal Studies, member of the SAF Lombardia Scientific Committee, and auditor of the Federation of Mediterranean Tax Experts (FCM).
He is the author of guides and publications on VAT and international taxation (Maggioli Editore, UnionCamere Lombardia) and a regular speaker at national and international conferences on business internationalization.

A graduate of the University of Brescia with honors in Business Economics and Management and Business Consulting and Freelance Professionals, she has been a registered Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert of Brescia since 2014.
She has worked at Studio Perani since 2011, specializing in tax consulting and corporate law, with a focus on corporate finance, business valuations, and coordinating relationships with international groups, particularly German-registered holding companies.
She attended the Advanced Training Course in Business Economics and Finance at SAF Lombardia and is a member of the “Business Valuations and Extraordinary Corporate Finance” Committee of the Brescia ODCEC. She has served on the “Financial Statement Analysis and Business Valuations” committees and the “Youth Working Group” of the Brescia ODCEC.
She speaks Italian, English, German, and Spanish.
A graduate of the University of Brescia with a degree in Business Economics and Management and a degree in Business Administration – General Management, she has been a registered Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert of Brescia since 2014.
She has been working at Studio Perani since 2011, specializing in tax consulting and corporate law, with a focus on international taxation, VAT, and customs matters related to foreign trade. She also performs statutory audits for companies and local entities.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Tax and Customs Planning for Foreign Trade and for the Internationalization of Businesses and is a member of the Indirect Tax Commission of the Brescia Association of Chartered Accountants.
